Keith
Congratulations Keith! Keith has been training and eating right for his BIG fitness goal. Keith has been recovering from broken bones and a separated shoulder from a mountain biking crash two years ago and has successfully rehabilitated his upper body to keep his climbing goals a reality. This past week Keith has surpassed his weight loss goal and now weighs in over 25 pounds less than last year. Keith has diligently trained long hours for his climbing trip in the BC Bugaboos and Valhalla, which requires hours of hiking in just to get to his “real” climb. This trip was the culmination of all the hours of training and eating right with great results. This week I want to say “congratulations!” and looking forward to seeing more pictures.
