Happy Holidays! Here are the Top 10 Fat Facts of 2011 based on your responses.

Apparently you take your facts very seriously, from disbelief to surprise and a few LOLs! I always enjoy reading your responses to the facts so keep them coming. If you can guess which of these 10 facts resulted in the most responses, positive or negative, you can win a gift certificate valid for 60 minute health coaching session or a body composition analysis.
