Change³ Body~Mind~Health Camps:

Short and focused to jump start your health and fitness. These Camps are based on getting all the pieces of your health and fitness on the right track. Start to see results right away with our simple and proven successful camps. Providing nutrition, fitness and coaching to get you started. I provide the steps for your success and we bring out the best in you.

Spring Camps:

Spring Change³ Camps start March 5th. Short and focused to get the results you want. Take advantage of small group training with all you need to get to your goals sooner. Get results that last a lifetime.

  • March 5th  – March 30th
  • All you need to lose weight, get fit and feel great

Mini Camp:

Three workouts per week, one interval session, one maintenance run and one resistance training workout. Mini Camps allow you to improve fat burning capacity, keep fit and increase your  power. Train like an athlete. Get fit and stay focused.

  • Starts March 5th
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday  6:15-7:15 AM
  • One interval workout
  • One longer cardio workout.
  • NEW starting in March, optional 90 minute runs on Friday mornings. Be prepared for the 2012 running season.
  • One resistance training workout
  • Weekly weigh ins

Coaching:

All inclusive coaching for improved performance. Get lean, stay healthy and challenge yourself to new goals. Evolution Coaching packages are complete with all aspects of your health and fitness taken into consideration. If you are ready to make significant changes in how you view your health and your performance contact evolution.
